Shrinkage film is used to wrap around the product or package, and shrinkage film is used to wrap the product or package after heating, so as to fully display the appearance of the product, improve the show-ability of the product, increase the sense of beauty and value.
Die head is introduced the advanced German technology, through CAD optimal design, processed with German TC2.8K four-axis simultaneous machining center. The die will have features of high precision, good brightness without deformation.
Basic structure: Three layer spiral type
The optimized CAD/CAM design ensured the rationality and scientificity of die head, realized the flow passage of each layer flows smooth without stagnation area, and the material distribution is uniform.
Die material: All made of 40Cr alloy steel. Through forging heat treatment, the hardness of the die is highly improved, so as to make the die stable in long-term without deformation.
After processed by precision four-axis process center, through advanced polishing technology, die surface will become smooth as mirror. The final electrolytic nickel plating process will highly improve wear resistance, corrosion resistance and service life of die head.
The flow passage of each layer flows smooth without stagnation area, and the material distribution is uniform. Thus, the film product should have the features of good brightness and great transparency.
