Three Layer Machine Test Run and Debugging

Polyethylene raw material from the hopper into the screw, through the screw barrel extrusion, heating and melting, the molten plastic through the die head mouth flow channel, after blowing expansion, wind ring cooling, herringbone plate, traction roller, coiled into the finished film.

Before delivery each of the film blowing machine, we will test run in our factory, the testing material normally is LDPE and LLDPE, after check all the machine parts in a good working state, the machine will be disassembled for paint, then we send engineer for the installation and debugging. We will confirm the machine is in a regular production at customer. The whole services we provided is thoughtful and reasonable.
